- Send us your logo, design or details to make the custom stamp to our email along with your order number, [email protected]. It should preferably be in an editable format; if not, it's subject to whether the file sent can be used.
- Production takes 15 days. Not shipping time During sale periods it may take up to 20 days, and we can't do rush orders!

- Quick-dry permanent ink in Black (for fabric, plastics, glossy surfaces, wood, etc.)
- Water-based ink in Black (for paper and cardboard)

Refunds in the case of logo design, samples or the small-business combo are 50% maximum, and subject to progress status with our designers.
